We opened at Junipero Serra and 87th Street in 2012, painted the windows, and never moved. Here is what that looks like from the inside.
Six Fifty opened at 2394 Junipero Serra Blvd in 2012, on the stretch of Junipero Serra Boulevard that meets 87th Street. The windows were painted by hand, SIX FIFTY in yellow and red, a band of red, gold and green running underneath, the word SMOKE in the corner, and they have not been repainted into something tidier since. If you have driven this block, you know the shop by its windows before you know it by its name.
Inside, it is a counter shop rather than a showroom. Lit cases of glass along one wall, vape kits and pods in the counter, a wall of papers and wraps, torches and butane and grinders and jars behind the register, and a humidor kept at humidity with cutters sitting on top of it. Cold drinks and snacks fill out the rest, because plenty of people come in for one thing and leave with two.
We are two doors from Broadmoor Cleaners and next to Kukje Supermarket, with our own parking out front, which makes us the walk-in shop for Broadmoor and a four-minute drive from Westlake, Serramonte and Colma. Everything on the shelves is now on the menu here too, for pickup at the counter or local delivery. Everything we sell is 21+, and we check ID every time, in store, at pickup and at the door.

The glass is behind glass because it is worth looking after, not because it is off limits. Say which beaker you want to see and it comes out. Bring a piece in and we will size a downstem against it rather than guessing over the phone.

Coils, pods, tanks, bowls, bangers, downstems, butane and torch fuel. A dead coil should cost a couple of dollars and five minutes, not a new device.

Nine in the morning to eleven at night, six days a week, and nine on Sundays. Most of this stretch of Junipero Serra shuts long before that, which is the whole point.
The only thing that’s really new is how you reach the counter. Order the full selection online for in-store pickup, or have it delivered across Daly City, usually in 30–60 minutes. Same shelves, same prices, same people; you just decide whether you’re walking in or having it brought to you.
You must be 21 or older to shop with Six Fifty Smoke Shop. A valid government-issued ID is required for in-store purchases, at pickup, and at delivery.
